1. It applies to low-power drive motors with a rated voltage above 36V (excluding 36V) and below DC 1500V or AC 1000V, including:

   (1) Various types of AC asynchronous motors and AC synchronous motors with a maximum continuous rating not exceeding 1.1 kW when the speed is converted to 1500 r/min;

   (2) AC commutator motors and DC motors with a maximum continuous rating not exceeding 1.1 kW.

2. It does not include:

   (1) Motors for control purposes (such as servo motors, stepper motors, synchros, resolvers, tachogenerators, induction phase shifters, etc.);

   (2) Multi-voltage or multi-speed motors with any rating exceeding the above applicable scope.

3. Explosion-proof motors are certified only according to the compulsory certification requirements for explosion-proof electrical products.

The specific scope of CCC compulsory certification for explosion-proof motors is as follows:

1. Various types of motors with a center height < 160 mm or a rated power < 15 kW.

2. Various types of motors with a center height between 160 mm and 280 mm or a rated power between 15 kW and 100 kW.

3. Various types of motors with a center height between 280 mm and 500 mm or a rated power between 100 kW and 500 kW.

4. Various types of motors with a center height > 500 mm or a rated power > 500 kW.
